i messed up my sims 4 folder and i don't know how to fix it

@v3nustrap You can't simply move applications to a new drive: you're moving the files themselves but not various pointers they use to access other resources. Sometimes it work out, or the application fixes the issues, as it sounds like Steam did for your other games. But in this case, Steam is looking for an Origin resource and not finding it.
Anyway, please clear Origin's cache and uninstall it "the hard way":

Reinstall Origin, run it and Steam as an admin (right-click on each shortcut and select "Run as administrator"), and see whether you can play Sims 4.
