i miss alot folders by the EA/sims 4

I miss a lot of files including mods.
How do i fix this?
@050738388383 You're looking at the game's program files. The Sims 4 user folder, the one that contains the Mods, saves, Tray, and Screenshots folders as well as others, is in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. If you don't see it there, you might be looking in the wrong version of Documents, for example the folder in OneDrive rather than the standard one, or vice versa. But as long as you've launched Sims 4 at least once, the user folder exists. Here's how to find it:
