@Kinziilove You can't simply move your mods, or the Sims 4 or Electronic Arts folder they're in, to a different drive. The game won't "know" where to look for the user folder and will create a new one with no content. Instead, you'll need to create a symbolic link:

I did check for multiple electronic arts folders and there are two or maybe more on my computer are the files supposed to be empty, I just got my computer back working after a year or two and forgot everything I knew. Do I delete the electronic arts folders?

@Kinziilove Your extra Electronic Arts folders don't matter, only the one the game is currently reading and the one you want it to read instead. For the rest, you can delete them if they're empty or just ignore them. You may want to check them for old saves or Tray files though, that is if you have any old data you'd like to preserve.
