I need help restoring my progress.
I recently wiped my pc for repair reasons, I had to download all my games and such all over again. I've gotten around to redownloading my Sims 4 however after loading it up all of my save files are gone, as well as my favourites in my gallery and my own sims I uploaded to it as backup. It still says I have all my hours on EA though. I'm not a very tech savvy person, does anyone know what I could do?

The Sims 4 has no option for cloud backups, so restoring the game on a new PC, or a PC that has been wiped, means you have to have a backup of your Sims 4 user folder. You can find more info about backups here: https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2014/09/backups/
Only content that you have uploaded to the Gallery (not just saved to the Library) will be accessible, the rest is stored in your user folder. If you don't have a backup of it, I'm afraid that you won't be able to restore your old save files.
