I purchased Sims 4 cats and dogs but it is not showing up on 'My Game library'.

 After I purchased the game, I went onto my email and followed the instructions that it gave me. I've tried to log out then back in, uninstalling then reinstalling and nothing seems to work. It has b...

Could you let us know which payment method you chose, @Gracie_Elliott?

Please, keep in mind, depending on the payment method used, the processing of the purchase can take a bit longer. This might be the reason it's still not showing up 😉

    I bought cats and dogs a while ago and it still doesn't pop up in my game library. I have not installed the Sims 4 game yet be cause I am waiting for a new laptop. I can look in my account, and Sims 4 is there but no cats and dogs.

      Did you check it in the expansion packs tab?
      Right-click on TS4 in Origin Library - the option "show game details" and you will see tabs: among others - expansion packs tab.

        I did try that, it says the price. It doesn't say I own it. I really don't want to buy it again. Thx for the suggestion, more help is needed.
