I recovered my computer and ts4 is gone

@OkurrDenn  I'm guessing your computer is a pc and not a mac. When you recover a Windows install files are restored from the latest image that was saved. First I recommend uninstalling Origin - run ccleaner on the registry, download the latest Origin installer and install Origin and log in to Origin using the same login and password you used before. It is possible (very likely) that Origin is damaged. Your Origin account data is stored in the EA servers so whatever you do to your computer should not effect this data. If you are able to login and the game is not there you will have to contact EA customer service. Once you enter a code that code is locked to the account in use at that time. What ever DLC you had in Origin should still be there.
