i refunded the sims 4 on steam now i cant play it on orgin
i have had the game on orgin 4 years now and decided i wanted it on steam . i bought the game on steam then refunded it but since the acount now ins boud to steam i cant play it on orgin every time ...

If that doesn't help, please contact EA customer support for help. I think you can ask a support rep to remove the Steam version of Sims 4 from your Origin account, at which point you should be able to play normally again.
