I want to exchange an expansion pack

Hi, it's been quite a while since I've played sims 4 and I just bought Cottage Living, forgetting that I already own it. How can I exchange it for a different one? Thanks!

  • @Sonshine77  Normally, Sims 4 DLC isn't eligible for refunds.  But you also shouldn't have been able to buy a second copy of Cottage Living, so EA customer support should be able to make an exception for you.  I would strongly recommend using live chat rather than email.  If you don't see the option, try this link:

    Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.

    If you don't get anywhere with support, let me know, and I'll flag your thread to someone from EA.  It may take some time to get a response due to the limited holiday coverage, but someone will see your thread eventually.

    Well, I did get this taken care of w/a refund eventually. Had to change my pw, but got it taken care of. Thanks again!
