I'm encountering several errors and I can't resolve them.

I'm encountering several errors and I can't resolve them. I couldn't even download the EA app, I can't even run the game. Could you please fix this problem?

    asclepio2919​  The first error points to an issue with the EA App, and the second error may be due to the first one.  So please uninstall the EA App, restart your computer, download a fresh copy of the App installer, and run it as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator."
