I'm stuck on the loading screen, no crash, no freeze. Just unlimited loading..

Hello everyone,

I'm new to this forum so I'm sorry if I didn't place this correctly.

I've been reading all types of similair problems but this one, no one has ever fixed yet.

It's about the loading screen. I get stuck on it and it keeps loading unlimited.

My game isn't frozen or damaged.

What I tried already:

• Repair the game by Origin
• System repair/Factory reset without uninstalling.
• Re-installing the game and tried it again.

It's really random whenever this happens. But it's especially when I try to start a familiy (after the sim creator), or when I move back to my house from another plot.

I really hate this, it took me SO long to put money aside for this game, and now I just get smacked in the face by problems which no one can seem to solve.
