In Careers in Sims 4 how do you change the hospital and police station
In Sims 4, by using the cheats you can change the science lab but how can you change the hospital or police station. You must be able since people have made very elaborate buildings of both.

With the same cheat, you have to use the "bb.enablefreebuild" cheat.
