Bonus content
I purchased the Sims 4 Enhanced by Nature Expansion pack on August 8, 2025 and the game is missing the bonus content. I purchased the expansion pack before the August 21 in order to get the bonus content. I feel cheated!!!

Hi! Where did you purchase the Sims 4 Enchanted by Nature Expansion pack?
I purchased it from the EA app associated with my Sims 4 game.
Hi I am having the same issue. I also purchased the new pack on 8th August direct from EA and the bonus items are no where to be found. There is no mention of them on my order confirmation, they are marked unowned in the gallery if I search up lots to download. They're also not listed in the EA app like some other bonus items are.
I finally got to talk to an EA agent just now and he says that we only get the items after the 21st which is surely not correct?
