In-Game Cheat Command Console Not Working
I recently purchased the TS4 Eco Lifestyle. I went to start a new game to check out the new features and frills that came with it. When I tried to run the In-Game Cheat Console Command ( I do not use mods, personally) I was unable to pull up the console command window. here is a list of what I did to try and resolve the issue.
1.) I repaired the files
2.) I uninstalled the Game and did a clean install of the game and all the packs I bought
3.) I checked marked the box to enable MOD/Cheat Scripting
4.) Restarted and Repaired the Game Again
5.) Checked for Possible Programs in the back ground - No I am not running any programs that would cause interference as I do not use screen shot editors or Skype on my home computer
6.) Deleted all of my Game Files and Started a new Game
I have no idea why the in-game cheat console no longer works. The patch notes made no mention of its removal.
I could really use some assistance in fixing this problem or at least notifying the developers of the issue.

@MistressReL0981 Try switching between fullscreen and windowed modes, whichever one you're not currently using. You can also try using crtl-shift-Windows key-C instead.
If you have an AMD graphics card, its control software may be using crtl-shift-C for another purpose, so please check the key bindings, and change any that uses the same combination.
