in-game content

I made a purchase for the sims 4 add on Key from a store and i redeem it using EA. but I am unable to instill it is showing that it is on in-game content but i am unable to find it kindly assist.

asx98x It looks like you only bought the bonus items for Life & Death, not the pack itself. These are the items players would get for ordering the pack in the first six weeks or so, and some third-party retailers sell keys for this content separately. Since EA doesn't help with purchases from unauthorized third-party vendors, you'll need to take it up with the seller.
most of the pack i took it from the same seller but for this pack I redeem it while there is another pack is installing Maby this the issue. may I know where I can find in-game content?
asx98x The "in-game content" is just a couple of items that should show up in Build/Buy mode:
- Mournful Melodies music box
- Plumed Elegance mask
- Lasting Legacy Family Portrait
You should be able to search for them in Build/Buy. And they should just be installed without your needing to do anything else.Again though, the problem is probably not how you redeemed the code, it's that you received a code for the bonus items rather than for the entire pack. You'll need to take it up with the seller.
