@Gamer53186 What is the full file path to your Documents directory, as Windows sees it? Your screenshot shows that the Electronic Arts folder is nested inside OneDrive and another folder, which could explain the problem entirely, but to solve it, we need to know where the files should be and what's currently there. Please open Command Prompt (search for it in Windows) and enter this command:
reg query "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders" /v "Personal"
And post the result. Then open the game and find the path to your user folder as Sims 4 reads it. Here's how:

If you can't figure out where to go from there, or you want to change one or both locations, please list both of them for me.
I am a Windows User. I don't know my Electronics Arts folder got redirected to my OneDrive. How do I get Everything out of my 1Drive and back to my User Documents folder?

@Gamer53186 Here's how to get rid of OneDrive:
This problem is not caused by the EA App but rather Windows itself. It's possible that after a recent update, Windows asked you if you wanted to enable syncing or automatic backups or some similar wording, which you could do without signing into OneDrive if your Microsoft account was already linked to your user account. If you said yes, Windows would change the location of the Documents directory without asking further.

I don't get it! I unlinked my computer from OneDrive -- and that happened. My next step is to pause syncing while I play. I can't get rid of OneDrive as it is my lifeline. When reestablishing the link with my computer, I did block [I hope] file-sharing of the folder on OneDrive that contains the Electronics Arts Folder.

@Gamer53186 Please list the full path to your Documents directory as Windows sees it. That's the point of the command I listed earlier, but the result may have changed:
reg query "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders" /v "Personal"
And I do need the entire result now. You can write [username] instead of your actual username if you want, but leave the rest intact, and let me know if you see the wrong username.
Please also go in-game and find the full path to the user folder Sims 4 is reading, again if you checked before changing OneDrive settings:

Here too, please list the entire file path, writing [username] if you want.
