My laptop has a Intel HD Graphics 4000. Can I run the game? The demo rins perfectly though.

It might run on low settings. You don't have the required dedicated memory on your chip but you have 8 GB of RAM so it might still be ok.
Update your drivers though.
This is for unpatched base game. You might not be able to play once they start adding Expansions and patches.
