Would these specs be able to run the game? They are from a Gaming PC that I'm looking into buying:

Power Supply: Corsair CX450 450W
Processor: Intel Core i5 8400 2.8Ghz Turbo 4.0Ghz
Motherboard: Asus PRIME H310M-R
RAM: 8GB Corsair Vengeance LPX 2400MHz DDR4
Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce® GTX 1060 3GB
Hard Drive: 1TB Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM
If ts4 would be able to run on this computer, what are the highest settings it could run? Thanks!
