Only option to improve those is to get a better computer, sadly.
@crinrict, I don't know how to know what computer/laptop will work with all the Sims - that won't be expensive
as you can see in this forum, many helpers here are happy to help you find something that fits you.
I would create your own thread, asking for help picking something. State which country you live in and what your approx. budget is.
