[INFO] Game not activating issue

This thread is English only. Please do not post in another language This issue should be solved now.  Hi guys, I see that there are quite a few of you having troubles activating their games....

    Thanks for all the feedback from everyone if it's working or not.

    Since no one posted anymore. I'm going to assume that it is.

    Leaving it stickied one more day.

You have already registered the game yourself and are trying to reinstall the game

The game does not need to be registered again. Login in the Origin Client with the Email/PW you first registered the game on and download and install the game from there. The game only needs to be registered once and you won't need the code again after your initial registration. This is true for both the DVD and the download version. You can skip the activation step on reinstalling.

ok ive done that, but still i get  "we could not activate the sims 4 on this computer..." ,
