I was able to rollback to earlier driver but it still doesn't work. I'm convinced this is just an unsolvable problem LOL
Thank you for all your help so far though!
Did it ever work for you ?
- Anonymous10 years agoNo it never did. I'm out of ideas for what to do.

That AMD card is pretty old as well so it might just be a matter of your computer not being powerful enough.
Bit out of ideas atm.

@aklosterman Did you uprade that laptop to Windows 10? Where did you get the drivers? The dxdiag shows out of date drivers which are probably not Windows 10 video drivers. Did you try HP for newer video drivers. As you have switchable graphics this would be the first place to look. The AMD Radeon HD 6300m Is a very entry level gaming card. By spec the chip should be a DX11 but there seems to be some controversy whether the 6300m is DX11 or DX10. Windows 10 will only mark the DX version by what the chip will support. You need to get the video drivers up to date. This should happen through Windows 10 patches. This may take a few Windows 10 patches IF Microsoft has them. HP needs to supply the drivers to Microsoft. IMO there is some problems in the windows 10 operating system. your getting errors that should be looked into.
