Try restarting Origin as well as logging out and back in.

It didnt work. This is very unfair I paid to be able to download it early. ☹️

    Is your Origin online ? 

    Is it greyed out still for you ?

    Thanks for making us aware of this everyone, we are looking into this.

    For the time being, can you try to re-start your computer and then try again to pre-load?

    Power-cycling your modem / router may also help here.
