[Info] Sims 4 - Download & Installation & Startup issues

I was having the same problem as everyone else here, My game was greyed out and it gave me no option to preload. I read through and tried everything everyone suggested.  I checked to make sure that my order went through, restarted my computer, logged off and back on, supercycled my internet and nothing.  Mine finally worked when I uninstalled origin and reinstalled it! So excited, it only took 11 hrs to figure out how to get it to work.
