I was told that I would be able to pre load The Sims 4 on August 29th at 1 pm, it is now September 1st 12:46 pm and I am still unable to preload. I went to the order history and it says processing. What does that mean?

    @mzsaundra06 It means your payment hasn't been approved yet. Click on the + sign to see if says anything more and if your payment has gone through (check if your credit card info is up-to-date).

    Check the first page for other suggestions.
