I live in the UK and have pre-ordered and paid for the Sims 4.  The game shows in my Origin game library and the game info says it is available for pre-load 6pm 1st Sept 2014 but it's now 8.30pm and I still can't load it.  I have tried asking EA on Twitter but all they did was give me the release schedule which failed to address my problem.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

@rosielives Does your order say fulfilled when you check your purchase history in Origin ?
