i'm having the same issue everyone else is having. I couldnt preload the game or anything. Ive tried to request Origin help but the wait is endless...

Yep did everything. Log on, log off, log on, uninstall, reinstall..................on,on and on. But i do get an option to upgrade to Deluxe for the nice price of $14.99
