I preorder the Sims for back in 2013 and it shows on my games but I am not able to download it. Is there a problelm

Mycredit card is validate and had money but origin charged the price of game at 19/08/2014 th only problem is I can't download because origin say that the life of the party is unpublished in other words this does not have published
How many time i have to wait for my repayment, because I was angry because my sims 4 never I can download beacuse i had a problem with the information in my credit card but it is OK I'll buy the game again so pls i want to know how many time i want to wait.

@Cristopher7351 As far as I know, this can take up to 10 days. It depends on payment method and banks involved, unfortunately we have way of speeding this up on our end.
