hi i pre ordered the game and i tried to predownload it... it didn't work, the game was released and i tried to download it, it says it's unreleased, there have been problems with my computer clock but other than that no problems with my computer, i've tried various things but nothing works, help ASAP
I have also had this problem. My husband ordered this for me so I could play it the day it came out (in the United States) and it is telling me I can not play until Tomorrow at 5pm.
Same issue here with me, and it's past 5pm, so that's not the situation. I'm waiting on a representative, but it says hold time is 60+ minutes...so ill see what happens and hopefully I can post anything I figure out here to help.
