First my origin it says tha the sims 4 it would be available at september 4th and now it says tha it would be available in 1 day and 17 hours :0 And i live in Europe why?

First, make sure you check which region your country falls under, we listed them here: http://help.ea.com/en/article/region-definitions-for-release-times/
Next, check the Sims 4 release schedule is listed here: http://help.ea.com/en/article/the-sims-4-release-schedule/
So there are some countries that haven't been listed under European Nations 1, these will all release within the European Nations 2 release, along with UK, Ireland and Portugal.

What should I do if I live in the united states, and it is still grayed out? Since I preordered the game to have DVD, and spent all last night trying to find a solution. It says I can't play until 9/3/14 at 5pm???

I live on the mainland. Wisconsin to be exact. And I just ended up waiting for the time to lapse, since I had to go to work. I do not know what a proxy, or a VPN is either. ☹️

I live in Cyprus 🙂 origin it says that it would be available at 5th september and the game it says tha it would be available at 4th september and I live i Europe ☹️
