Check on your Firewall and Antivirus and also if Proxies are turned off.

    My Sims 4 has been unable to open ever since the update to Windows. I get an error saying "the Sims 4 is already open. Unable to launch." then an error code. I have tried everything I can think of. I uninstalled it, checked task manager, check origin to see if anything is running there. I've repaired the game through origin. I even removed my saves and mods just in case. I've tried running as admin and nothing is working. Someone please help. I just bought three new expansions I haven't been able to use yet!
