Can someone please help me?
I've been waiting over a week for answers.
If it doesn't work, I want a refund of my $80 spent on sims games. I want my money back. Thank you.

Well... I've tried and I can't play any game in my library.
I've turned off firewalls and proxies, still doesn't work....
