Its saying i've already used my account to play this game. It says i downloaded it today (23rd january 2015) i've literally just downloaded it and its saying ive already played 1 hour (even though im entitled to 48 hours apparently?) and now its saying i've already used my account to play this. Im really dissapointed because i wanted to give this a go before buying it?
If you contact EA they can fix this for you and they gave me Sims 2 for free including expansions for free to say sorry🙂
Well, I tried contacting them through the Live Chat option but the guy on the other side said he was unable to fix the issue. He tried a few things but nothing worked ☹️
