@CapedCapybara As stated on the first page, you need to contact a game advisor.
And the game advisor will just tell you that they are having issues and nothing they can do at the moment.
Can't complain too much about a free trial but it doesn't exactly fill me with confidence that it's taking this long to fix whatever the issue is!
