Installed but not opening

Does anything happen ?

I get the loading icon next to the cursor for a few seconds, but after that, nothing

@ManishaKumar Could you check the task manager to see if the process is still running or not.

it doesn't show up in the task manager even when i try to open it, I tired copying the location and pasting it into new task, but with no luck ☹️

What's your Operating system ? Do you by chance have Windows 8 and bitDefender installed ? If so, try turning off Bitdefender.

I have Windows 7, could that be why it isn't working?

Your graphics drivers are a bit dated. Try updating them.

It says the best driver software for the driver is already installed
