@hellobye277 Please specifically uninstall and reinstall both copies of the 2013 VC++ runtimes. Repairing is often not enough, especially if the files originally came from a non-Microsoft source. Hit Windows key-i, select Apps, scroll down to the 2013 versions of the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables, click on each one, and select Uninstall. Then download both the x86 and x64 copies from here:

You don't need the _arm version—that's for another class of device—but make sure to install both the others. Restart your computer before trying to launch the game again. It's a good idea to run Origin as an admin as well: right-click on the shortcut and select "Run as administrator."
If you get a different error instead, or even if it's basically the same but isn't specifically about MSVCP120, please post a screenshot.

hey @puzzlezaddict
thanks for replying!
I've done all the things in your reply and it had another pop-up dialog box saying:
"The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP100.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem"
There's another one but with MSVCR100.dll
I've attached a picture I took when I encountered it.
thanks again for replying.

@hellobye277 The 100 in the first error refers to the 2010 VC++ runtimes, and the 140 in the second error to the 2015 runtimes. Same deal as before: uninstall the version(s) you have, download new ones from Microsoft.
2010 x86: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8328
2010 x64: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=13523
2015: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145
If you still get another error, please post a screenshot, as before, and post a dxdiag as well.
