@hellobye277 The 100 in the first error refers to the 2010 VC++ runtimes, and the 140 in the second error to the 2015 runtimes. Same deal as before: uninstall the version(s) you have, download new ones from Microsoft.
2010 x86: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8328
2010 x64: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=13523
2015: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145
If you still get another error, please post a screenshot, as before, and post a dxdiag as well.

@hellobye277 I'd need to see the full dxdiag, not just the screenshots. Please run it again, then on the initial screen, click "Save all information," and save the .txt file to your desktop. You can attach it to a post as you did with the screenshots.

@hellobye277 The dxdiag crashed while running, and because of this, some critical information is missing. So there's a bit of guesswork from the errors and the fact that the dxdiag didn't run properly. Start by running a couple of basic checks of your Windows system files.
- Hit Windows key-X
- Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator),” whichever option is offered
- Inside the window that appears, copy and paste “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes into the window, and enter
- The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here
- After it reaches 100%, hit Windows key-X again
- Again, choose “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator)”
- Inside the window, copy and paste “sfc /scannow” without quotes into the window, and enter
- Post the message you receive here
Restart your computer, and install the newest driver for your graphics chip, which you can get directly from Intel:
Restart again, and see whether the problem is still present. If it is, please run a new dxdiag.

@hellobye277 What antivirus, if any, do you have installed? Please also post the DISM log. Open a File Explorer window and past this into the address bar:
C:\Windows\Logs\DISM
Right-click on the dism.log and select Copy, then right-click on your desktop and select Paste. From there, you can upload the file. I'm not sure whether this site will accept it, but if not, use a third-party free filehosting site and link the upload here.
