First thank you so much for your help but I am having a secondary problem. I am the system administrator for my computer but I keep getting a System Administrator has set this computer to not execute or run certain (this type of) file/s. How do I fix this and as far as I know, I've done no such thing. (The computer did have a previous owner.)

Did you do a clean installation of your Operating System when you got the machine?
Certain functions may be blocked by the previous user but if you have Admin privileges then you have the authority to make the required changes to the permissions previously set.

The previous owner was supposed to have done a clean install and everything looked good to me, so I didn't. 😕mileysad:
I don't know how to get to the admin settings. Can you tell me how to do that or is there a way to manually remove the file and replace it with another one? And if so, where would I get one? My OS is Windows 7 with Service Pack 1, but I think I mentioned that. Previously I used XP and had no problems finding anything. But with 7, I find myself getting lost looking for what I easily found in XP. 😕mileyfrustrated:
Thank you so much for your help so far.
