The previous owner was supposed to have done a clean install and everything looked good to me, so I didn't. 😕mileysad:
I don't know how to get to the admin settings. Can you tell me how to do that or is there a way to manually remove the file and replace it with another one? And if so, where would I get one? My OS is Windows 7 with Service Pack 1, but I think I mentioned that. Previously I used XP and had no problems finding anything. But with 7, I find myself getting lost looking for what I easily found in XP. 😕mileyfrustrated:

Enable the original Windows admin account:
Go to: Control panel, Administrative tools, Computer Management, Local Users and Groups, Users,
Right click the Administrator account, Properties, untick the box for Account is disabled, Apply, OK, Reboot.
Again, let me say thank you for your kindness, patience and help. I did as your last post suggested and repaired the files, still got the error code. So then I went back to your first reply and did the Command Prompt and ran the scan, it came up with "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations". I then went to start up my game and still got the error code in the subject line. I was so hoping the matter had been resolved! Is there anything else to try?

I'm sorry, my game is still not working and I've done everything you've said. I guess I will try live chat tomorrow because I am at a loss here and it's been a week since I've been able to play the game. I sincerely appreciate all you've done. Since nothing has worked in my particular circumstances, I don't feel as if it would be right for me to accept anything as a solution, but do want you to get "credit" or whatever else you should get for trying your best to help me.
