Invalid license

I have had the sims 4 since it came out I have many hours in the game I wish not to lose. Recently (around 4 months ago) I got a new pc. The game ran  perfectly and everything was fine this past two weeks when I get on it says my license is invalid. So I cleared my cache like suggested and nothing… I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and all packs hoping this would work. And nope. Asking for help because I don’t know what else to try!
