Invalid payment details

I triple checked my card details and made sure my bank and ID were up-to-date, but when I was going to buy an expansion pack the EA app said it was invalid??? Is it the App? Anyone have the same issue? I tried PayPal and Apple Pay too but it still said invalid. I also know I have enough money. I don’t know if this post belongs here, but I’m on PC and I’m having issues, sooo… Is anyone able to help?
