is an intel celeron N3050 processor able to run Cats and Dogs??

i only have get to work and the cats and dogs expansion packs. i play with mods. im on a HP 15-f233wm laptop with an intel celeron N3050 processor. I've tried clearing origin's and my computer's cache, clean booting my computer, and updating my graphics card and i suspect the processor to be my problem. So is my processor good enough?? If not, is there anything else i can do besides a.) buy a whole new laptop or b.) ask for a refund ? Super upset I can't play the only expansion pack i've looked forward to since the games intital release. 😢
