Is it possible to always launch TS4 to secondary monitor?

Is it possible to always launch Sims 4 to my secondary screen? I want it to launch to my secondary gaming monitor, instead of my primary gaming monitor. I tried looking in the options file for the si...

@Covahenasni 

Change to run in windowed mode. You can then drag the window to the secondary monitor.

I did mention I would like to avoid doing this each time. But thank you for the suggestion. :-)
