Is it possible to change the screenshots/videos/mods folder location?

Hi!

So I re-installed Sims 4 on my work PC not long ago and yesterday I decided to re-install some of my favorites mods but there's one issue... I couldn't find the mods fodler! I looked in "My Documents" but it wasn't there.

After a lot of frustrating search, I decided to look in my in-game settings to see where the screenshots/video captures folder was since I remember it being at the same place as the mods one and it seems like Origin installed it here:

The thing is: I do not have access passed "Setup". Like I previously said, this is my WORK computer (provided by my studio) and so I don't have admins rights on everything. I usually have no issue with this since both Steam and Origin are launched in admin mode by default but I have NO IDEA why the game installed my captures/mods folder in that specific folder! It makes no sense because I DO have a "normal" My Documents here:

So my question is: Is there ANY way I can force Origin to install the mods folder in the normal "My Documents" folder? I don't mind unistalling the game completely if it means I can change this because it's extremely frustrating to not have access to part of my game folders...
