Is there a way to change GPAs in The Sims 4 University?

Hey! So I've been having this weird problem recently. I have two of my sims in university, but both of their presentation boards have been deleted. I ended up downloading the mod where you can email the professor to get another one, but now the only option I have when I click on the board is to put it in my inventory. I tried promoting my sims in those classes because I know when they are in grade school you can do that to give them better grades, but it just switched my option of a presentation to a term paper. Now I don't have an option to write my term paper either when I look under the University Coursework on my sim's computer. I know all of this is probably either a bug or because of my use of mods, but it's strange that there aren't any cheats to easily change their grades? I've searched all around the internet for either a cheat or mod that will let me change their C's to A's, but I only found old cheats for the Sims 3... I've been just doing all their homework and hoping it's enough to at least not completely fail their classes. Anyway, any help is appreciated! Thanks guys! I just don't want my sims to fail again!
