Issue with downloading lovestruck via 'redeem code'
Hi there, sorry if this has already been asked but I haven't been able to find any threads with this issue solved since after lovestruck was released.
MY ISSUE :
I redeemed a code for the expansion pack, clicked download, and nothing happened. I checked the 'manage add-ons' section and it was there but not installed so I went to where the add-on would be downloadable, only it doesn't say it's in my library. It is however, in 'the sims 4 > manage >> manage add-ons' but not listed as installed, only as 'in-game content'. I have cleared my cache, restarted, logged out and back in, tried a game repair, and tried redeeming the code again ( obviously this didn't work.). I also tried checking for an ea app update and a sims 4 update but I don't think that's the issue. It's only been about 5-6 hours but this specific issue has not happened to me with a code redemption before.
I've tried reddit, here and googling the problem but I couldn't find anyone with the same one with a solution. only people looking to download a pre-order before the expansion was actually available for download.
Apologies if this is confusing in any way. please let me know if you need any more info, or if you know how to fix this.

@P3nguin14 Do you see Lovestruck itself, or only the bonus content? The latter is called "The Sims 4 Lovestruck Heartbreak Happens Digital Content" and is not the pack but rather the early-order extras. Each one can have its own code.
Some retailers provide two codes in different ways, for example Amazon has sometimes emailed one code and listed the other in purchase history. Other less scrupulous retailers may provide only one unless the user asks for the other.
Point is, look for another code, one for the pack itself, and if you don't find it, contact the retailer.
