Gallery Freeze

So i tried everything but my galleriy still keeps freezing after around 3 seconds. I tried to use other internet source, i tried reinstalling or repairing. I didnt know when exactly it startet because it was a long time ago. But i wanted to fix it now. But even with chatgpt i cant figure it out. I would really appreciate some help.
