Issue with prestige bar in Royalty expansion pack

Hello ,

i ve recently installed the royalty pack and since day one I’m having an issue with the prestige bar… the header it's just flashing and nothing happens in the prestige bar regardless of the career progression/ activities.

ive assumed it’s one of my mods so I have removed a lot of them that might be causing the issue but still not able to sort this out.. 

anyone has dealt with this before and is the only solution to deactivate mods or to find any specific clashes with mods?
