Issue with Sims 4
Today I've noticed that when I'm playing Sims 4 I am not able to change the amount of bed rooms and bath rooms in lot info when your at your house

I cannot edit the lot info panel because the place where you enter the number of bedrooms and bathrooms are greyed out and this only happens on my other computer
Does it only happen on one lot or on all of them ?
Are you using any mods ? Does it also happen if you start a new game for testing purposes ?
It only happens on resident lots
Non-residential lots shouldn't have the option. Do you have it ?
What about the rest of my questions ? Could you answer them too ?
I am using mods but it does not happen on my new computer which is Windows 10 and the other one is Vista
