Whenever I try to take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S, it temporarily closes The Sims 4 and opens a different program. I wasn't able to take screenshots, I'm so sorry, but I did run a dxdiag. I don't think I use a third-party antivirus, but I also attached a screenshot of my programs if that tells you anything. I also noticed that the Sims 4 file name is "TS4_x64.exe. I don't know if that's what is supposed to be called, but I thought I'd mention it. Thank you so much for your help.
@Sibilla2334 As mentioned, you need to put Sims 4 into windowed mode first, then use Windows key-shift-S. And you need to click them all at the same time; simply clicking the Windows key brings up an unrelated menu.
Please make sure your mods haven't returned and that they're removed from the Sims 4 folder the game is actually reading. I mention this because you have Overwolf (Curseforge's parent company) installed and because there's a OneDrive error in your dxdiag. Here's how to find the folder the game is reading:
