Issue with tray files for households and lots

@crinrict Oh that's odd, I made sure to check the options so it was public, I must've missed something. I'll move them to a folder and change some options around to see if that works better. Apologies for the delay!
- @bluesherbertsims I tested the files. The Lot shows up for me, the household doesn't..
I also tried with the tray importer and that seems to be able to read the file just fine. I'm not that familiar with the tool though.
Do you have any households that do show up for you ?
