Issue with tray files for households and lots

@crinrict This whole thing has been so bizarre. Though I have some good, if confusing news.

When I tried going through them the other day I made sure to check each one individually, but I thought I may have missed one, so went about trying again just now to be sure...and one by one all the households shows up again. So I tried the lots and they all also showed up.

I truly have no idea what happened. I made sure to double and triple check, make sure I was using the right folder, check all the different options on and off in the gallery in case something was misplaced or I'd missed a detail, and even as I said in my first post un- and re-install the game, just to make sure I'd been extremely thorough before posting here in case I'd missed something obvious. So while I'm definitely glad things are working, I have absolutely zero clue what changed.
